Reusable Snack Bags: A Sponsored Post
Now that my kids can feed themselves, we do a lot more snacking while in the car. While running errands, traveling to Grandma's house up north, or heading home from church, it saves so much more time than sitting in a fast food restaurant or pulling into a parking lot to spoon-feed them their baby food (Hallelujah!). So, now that they're feeding themselves in the car more often, I've been looking for more ways to help them keep their snacks from falling on the floor and underneath my seat. Behold: Reusable Snack Bags. And not just any reusable snack bags - velcro reusable snack bags.
Rachel of Almost Crunchy, a lovely sponsor of mine, sent me over some of her most popular sizes to try out on the kids:
I have to admit that one of the most fun parts about purchasing the snack bags was picking out my custom fabric beforehand. Almost Crunchy has a really great variety of patterns and fabrics to choose from. Josiah has already called dibs on the "Birdy Bag."
We've now got a snack bag, a sandwich bag, and an organic cotton snack bag that I have loved using for the kids and for myself. The reusable bags are so easy for Josiah and Lucia to hold while in the car, open the velcro on their own, and toss on the floor for me to pick up and clean later. It's easy to tell that Rachel's reusable snack bags are well-made and durable. They're also incredibly easy to clean after each use.
To check out Rachel's selection of reusable snack bags, as well as other really cute stuff she makes, check out Almost Crunchy today. You can also "Like" Almost Crunchy on Facebook for product updates and discount codes!

I think these are wonderful. I looked into getting these over the summer and just haven't taken the time to order. It is amazing how seemingly small changes (i.e. reusable snack bags) can still make a huge impact on the environment. Glad you shared this! :)
