Catching Up

Howdy, friends and family! I'm just now opening up my lap top for the first time since June 8th! It's been an awesome summer so far, and we've been enjoying the outdoors as much as possible. We got to celebrate Chia's first birthday, get her 1 year pictures taken with DnK Photography, spend lots of afternoons at various beaches around the twin cities with friends, celebrate Father's Day and have spent lots of time with the grandparents while Joseph was away for almost two weeks on business trips. It's been relaxing and hectic all at the same time, and we are finally settling back in at home and picking up the messes we've created since returning from our vacations. Expect lots of pictures from the past few weeks when I have more time to balance blog posts between my email inbox and our laundry mountain.
