A New Pool

We finally caved and bought a new kiddie pool this weekend at Walmart for the kids. I have to say that it's probably the best purchase we've made so far for outdoor fun. The more sunny days we get, the more we will be cooling off and enjoying this thing!

We ended up spending almost two hours hanging out in the water and enjoying this weekend's awesome heat. The kids loved splashing around and getting soaked. Josiah loved dunking his face and getting sprayed by the hose.

It was the perfect way to get their energy before bedtime. Josiah was exhausted and even asked to go to bed early. I'm sure Chia was thinking the same. I guess life without a yard isn't so bad after all.

  5. I've been following your blog for awhile now, but have never left a comment! My boys are exactly the same age gap as your two, it's fun to read your blog and see all of your sweet pictures. I've been wanting to get my boys a kiddie pool but we aren't fortunate enough to have as warm of weather as you guys do :) They're adorable.

    1. Thanks so much for stopping by and introducing yourself, Whitney! They are at such a fun age and I feel like life is finally getting easier. Do you feel the same way? Also, where do you live?! It doesn't get much colder than MN! haha

    2. I definitely agree that it gets easier when they're both in the toddler stage! Even more easier when they're both walking and running around! I love the stages they're in. I live in Santa Maria, Ca about 10 miles from the beach! It definitely doesn't get frigidly cold ever but we do have pretty mild temps year around. Nothing crazy in either direction, hot or cold.
